We're an academy with one big group. Which plan?
Choose by athletes. Put your whole group in one team: up to 50 athletes fits Club, up to 100 fits Club Plus. You can split into more teams later.
What happens when Starter is full?
Starter includes 5 athletes. Add up to 2 more. When you add your 8th athlete, you move to Team, which has room for 16. Your athletes, videos and history come with you.
When will prices be shown?
Before online checkout opens. Everyone who joined the waitlist gets the prices by email first, and nobody is charged before they choose a plan.
Can I track my own metrics?
Yes. Create measurements with your own names and units, then organize them into groups. You can also choose which dashboard sections you see and arrange their order.
Do I pay before I start?
Yes. Plans are paid monthly, starting with your first month. There is no free trial.
How does storage work?
Every athlete gets their own 3 GB for their videos and documents, and each team gets 5 GB of Film Room for coaches and staff. Add an athlete and their 3 GB comes with them. One full library never affects anyone else.
What if an athlete's video space fills up?
New uploads for that athlete pause until a clip is removed. Nothing is deleted automatically, and teammates keep their own space.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, and your data stays safe for 30 days after that.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up as you grow. Your athletes, videos and history come with you.
Who counts as staff?
Anyone on your side who helps run the team: you as the owner, head and assistant coaches, trainers, a team manager or club secretary. Each has their own login and counts as one coach & staff login, and you choose what they can see and do. Need more? Add another anytime.
Who pays, the club or the families?
The coach or club pays one clear amount. Athletes and families use Full Scope Athlete at no cost.
